Stress.
I`m going to tell you what can you do if you feel
stressed. Probably you say Oh, my Gosh! What can I do? Most likely you just go
to the doctor and he says it can be serious and you say you`re kidding! But the
stress can make you sick and you can have a big problem. If you feel depressed
or want to cry a lot, if you have headache or a horrible stomachache, you`re
stressed. Oh! But I have relaxation techniques for you. When you feel stressed,
go to the gym or walk for just 30 minutes a day and you can feel better. I also
close my eyes and focus on something calm. My sister says that I can do
something to enjoy, for example. She listens to music, she sings, she watches
T.V. and my brother says that the best we can do is take a hot bath, he likes
to walk and do something to relax. Stress? No way!
